Rota Nanny Job, Mayfair, January 2026 start
A well-known client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Rota Nanny to care for their first child, a baby who will be four months old when the role starts. The baby is due mid-September 2025 and will have a maternity nurse, so should already be in a good routine. Greycoat Lumleys have already placed the other Rota Nanny, who will do the first rotation.
The household is fully staffed with a large and welcoming team. The family owns property in London, Dubai, and India. Regular travel to these properties will be required, as well as trips to the USA.
The ideal Nanny will guide the new parents through the milestones of their first child in a quietly confident way. Discretion and the ability to read the room are a must in this formal household.
An up to date first aid certificate and police check are essential for this position.

Duties:
1. All nursery duties
2. Age-appropriate activities
3. Advising and guiding parents
4. Overnight care
5. Keeping the child’s areas and belongings organised
6. Travelling with the family
7. Communicating with parents and staff
Salary: £75,000 GPA
Days: two weeks on / two weeks off (evolving to a longer rotation later in employment)
