As soon as possible we are looking for a
Category Manager Consulting und Professional Services.
What you can expect from us:
* Leading and executing mainly international complex sourcing projects in one or more Souring Categories of the Marketing and Professional Services department
* Main responsibility for one or more Sourcing categories by agreement: (Strategic) Consulting, Auditing, Certifications, Legal.
* Application of innovative procurement methods such as game theory and e-auctions
* Building expert knowledge, both in analysis and observation as well as in the
* ongoing review of the relevant procurement and supplier markets (national and international) of the sourced services
* Participation in regional and global category teams and their sourcing projects
* Active cross-divisional business partner management within the Group
* Special tasks/ Participation in or management of cross-department projects
What we expect from you:
* Completed University or technical college studies and several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the areas of (Strategic) Consulting, Auditing, Certifications, Legal and/or procurement
* Convincing, self-confident and credible appearance in dealing with suppliers and business partners as well as a strong customer and service orientation
* Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
* High level of negotiation skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English (level C1), ideally also German
* Quick comprehension and ability to learn
* Ability to deal with conflict, work in a team and be assertive
* High degree of responsibility and cost awareness, precise way of working
* Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting
