To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Job Responsibilities
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Consistently demonstrate our elevated ways of working
* Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym challenges/events
* Promote our member onboarding program, MOVE, leading by example and supporting the team to improve confidence and delivery
* Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
* Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers; oversee group training schedules and monitor performance against KPIs
* Enhance member engagement within your community
* Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
* Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the member base
* Support the team in driving revenue from memberships and products to ensure profitability
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members to support their development
* Promote personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
* Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
* Experience in delivering personal training sessions
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Experience with various group training modalities
* Knowledge of current fitness industry trends
* Effective communication and management skills to motivate the team
* Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
* Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and Bank Holidays as needed
