You will: * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates * Support the coordination of workforce requirements across multiple projects * Attend site visits to meet our workforce and strengthen relationships with Candidates and Clients alike * Manage candidate onboarding, including compliance checks, documentation, and inductions * Carry out candidate vetting and right-to-work checks in line with legislation and company standards * Act as a key point of contact for candidate and client queries * Maintain accurate records and update internal systems * Support the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks About You To succeed as a Workforce Coordinator, you will: * Be a graduate or someone keen to start a career in workforce coordination, recruitment, or HR * Have strong communication and relationship-building skills * Be highly organised with great attention to detail * Be confident speaking with people at all levels * Be proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn * Thrive in a fast-paced environment * Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Office What We Offer We are committed to supporting your development and rewarding your contribution.
