The role is accountable for delivering all pharmacy‑related targets, managing the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting the drive to make Asda Pharmacy the best in class.

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and exceptional patient safety.
* Take direct responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums, maintaining high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
* Balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment.
* Inspire and motivate the team to achieve defined key result areas.
* Challenge, confront and solve difficult situations, maintaining solid connections in‑store and with field teams.
Qualifications
* A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
* Experience in pharmacy management and line‑management.
* Evidence of right‑to‑work in the UK and safeguarding qualifications.
* Completed DBS check and enrolment in the live update service.
