Senior Private Client Solicitor (10+ PQE)
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: £60-80k + Bonus / Commission (DOE)

A significant proportion of our Private Client work is generated organically through our thriving commercial practice, resulting in a consistent flow of high-value, high-quality instructions.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor (10+ years PQE) to lead and further develop our Private Client offering. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to take ownership of an already successful practice area, manage a small team, and play a central role in the firm’s continued growth.
The Role
You will:
1. Lead and manage a small Private Client team
2. Handle a varied caseload of high-value, non-contentious Private Client matters
3. Advise on:Wills and estate planningTrust creation and administrationLasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)Inheritance tax and succession planning
4. Work closely with the Corporate & Commercial team to support business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals
5. Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of the Private Client department
6. Mentor and support junior team members
About You
7. Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
8. Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of non-contentious Private Client matters
9. Experience managing or supervising a team
10. Commercially aware, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
11. STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
12. A proactive and collaborative approach
