— someone who thrives on creating content that captures attention, builds engagement, and responds to sporting moments in real time.
The Role
* Own and drive social media across Instagram, and TikTok (with a heavy focus on reels). Experience across all socials is preferred
* Create, edit, and publish scroll-stopping content end-to-end.
* React quickly to sporting moments to deliver shareable, on-trend content. This isnt a 9-5 role, and you have to be willing to put the graft in You will be reactive to sporting events across the world, so will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
* Travel to live events, matches, and stadiums to capture content (including evenings/weekends).
* Analyse data to refine strategy and boost performance.
* Take full ownership of the social media strategy.

* Proven track record of creating viral social content on TikTok and Instagram.
* A sharp editing eye and creative flair.
* Relentless drive, resilience, and a "get it done" mindset.
