3-6 month interim finance contract (Bristol) Job role: Finance Business Partner (Interim): Bristol Contract length: Initially 3 months (October–December 2025) Purpose: Align financial insights with business strategy and drive organisational success Reports to: Head of Finance – Region Location: Based in Bristol – 5 days in the office Rate: £300-£500 per day (experience, pay type & qualification dependent) Essential: Hotel/Hospitality experience within a finance team/ role IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING: Knowledge / Skills Strong understanding of the hospitality and hotel industry, including revenue streams (rooms, F&B, events), cost structures, and KPIs (e.g. RevPAR, ADR, occupancy). Good system knowledge and excellent modelling skills (Excel, Business Modelling tools, NetSuite, MEWs, Opera or equivalent systems) Strong business acumen, commercial thought and data-led problem-solving. Autonomous, adaptable and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent attention to detail and an organised logical approach are essential. Ability to build strong relationships with other functions in the business to enable the successful delivery of business processes Be hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves and solve problems when needed.
