We are hiring for two Client Business Analyst roles — one suited to graduates or those starting their career, and another for candidates with around 1–2 years of experience. This is a hybrid position, with 2–3 days per week based in our Woking office, offering a balance of in-person collaboration and flexibility.
Your key responsibilities as an (Associate) Client Business Analyst will include:
* Capturing, analysing, and documenting client requirements across onboarding and implementation projects
* Translating business needs into effective product configurations and solutions
* Supporting or leading client interactions, including workshops, meetings, and project updates
* Configuring system modules and templates to meet client and business requirements
* Collaborating with Project Managers and Data teams to ensure successful delivery
* Supporting ongoing client services, including BAU requests and configuration updates
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an (Associate) Client Business Analyst:
* You may be starting your career or bring up to a couple of years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
* You will have an interest or experience in capturing and documenting business requirements
* You will have a good technical understanding and be comfortable working with systems and configurations
* You will have strong communication skills and enjoy working with both clients and internal teams
* You will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
