Growth Marketing Executive

Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual to join DNO Renewables as a Growth Marketing Executive.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in business development and marketing within the renewable energy sector.
You’ll help us connect with new installers and partners, support existing clients, and promote DNO Renewables through digital channels like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and our website.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Research and identify potential clients in the renewables and energy sectors
* Send outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to introduce our services
* Support in preparing proposals and tracking leads through our CRM
* Follow up with previous clients to generate repeat business
Marketing
* Create and post LinkedIn updates that showcase our projects, clients, and success stories
* Support email campaigns to promote services and updates
* Help update website content, case studies, and marketing materials
* Track engagement and report simple marketing metrics (e.g. post reach, email opens)
Growth Support
* Keep client and lead information up to date in our CRM
* Support new partnerships and business opportunities
* Suggest creative ideas to help us grow awareness and engagement
What We’re Looking For
* Confident written and verbal communicator
* Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems
* Interest in renewable energy, tech, or marketing
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
KPIs
* Qualified leads generated each month
* Proposal-to-conversion rate
* LinkedIn and email engagement growth
* Number of new clients onboarded
* Revenue generated through direct or assisted sales
Progression Path
This role offers a clear route to Growth Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing campaigns, lead generation, and partner relationships as the business scales.
Compensation
* Base Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
* Typical OTE: £32,000–£38,000 in Year 1, with fast growth potential
