About the role
We are seeking to appoint a casual Receptionist to provide general administrative support for Avonwood Primary School as part of the front office team on an as needed basis. This may be at short notice to provide cover for staff absence or at peak busy periods.
You will be highly professional with excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact with all external visitors to the school as well as dealing with telephone enquiries from parents and visitors.
The role requires good administration and IT skills, a customer focused attitude and great communication and organisational skills.
This is a casual position on a zero hours contract. £12.41 per hour (£24,203 FTE)

* you will provide excellent customer service to parents, staff, children and visitors
* previous experience working in a school is desirable, however full training will be provided for the right candidate
