Service Desk & Administrative Coordinator Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our client based in Aylesbury. Service Desk Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for clients, logging service requests and scheduling engineers. Scheduled/planned maintenance and emergency callouts as required Manage and monitor the Service Management System to ensure all jobs are correctly logged and updated as required Assign jobs to engineers, track progress, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Communicate job status updates to clients and follow up on completed work to ensure timely and accurate service. Order parts and liaise with suppliers for service-related requirements. General Administration Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence. Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Assist with preparing service reports, quotes, and invoices. Help organise team schedules, meetings, etc Ensure compliance with industry standards and assist with audit preparation.
