As a Legal and Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing legal and regulatory matters across the South Asia region. This position is ideal for a legal professional who can balance business needs with legal requirements, offering critical counsel on contracts, compliance, advertising laws, and internal governance. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external counsel, and global legal counterparts to ensure the company operates within legal frameworks while fostering ethical business practices.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Offer legal guidance on marketing, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
Support the development and implementation of internal compliance programs and training initiatives.
Monitor corporate governance and manage regulatory filings and submissions.
Collaborate with global legal and IP teams to ensure alignment on cross-border compliance and legal risks.
Engage with external counsel for specialized legal support.
Provide advice on healthcare interactions, conflict of interest policies, and entertainment/gifting guidelines.
Conduct legal research and assist in shaping policies that support business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
