A well-known digital health company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead a major, high-visibility programme: the redesign of their flagship electronic care record platform to meet a new regulatory mandate.
This is a senior, high-visibility role sitting at the heart of a business-critical programme, managing two dedicated teams and reporting directly to the Director of Product.
What you'll be doing
* Leading a full platform redesign to achieve DSCR compliance and close a significant requirements gap.
* Expanding the product beyond visit-based care to provide comprehensive, 24/7 patient visibility.
* Owning the \"demand side\" of the company's care marketplace, understanding subscription needs and matching carers to the right care packages.
* Managing two cross-functional teams across DSCR delivery and NHS assurance.
* Collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and operational stakeholders.
* Using AI tools actively, for prototyping, research synthesis, compliance monitoring, and more. This team uses AI heavily, and the CTO expects it to be part of how everyone works.
What I'm looking for
* 7+ years of product experience in complex, high-growth environments (ideally HealthTech background)
* A pragmatic PM. Someone who sees a problem and finds a way through it, not a product purist who needs perfect conditions to operate.
* Strong systems thinker with first-principles problem-solving. The gap analysis here is substantial and needs someone who can handle a lot of complexity.
* Comfortable in regulatory and compliance-heavy environments.
* Hands-on with AI tooling, or genuinely keen to get there fast. The team is already using it across prototyping, research, synthesis, and compliance work.
* Resilient. This is a fast-paced, sometimes reactive environment, and you'll need thick skin alongside good judgment.
