As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for retaining and growing revenue across a defined customer base, while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll promote the full TalkTalk Business portfolio, build strong client relationships from C-level down, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver value and drive customer success.
Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Achieve revenue and Total Contract Value (TCV) targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close deals through effective pipeline management.
Act as the main point of contact for customer projects and requirements, becoming a trusted advisor.
Pre-Sales, Commercial, Customer Services) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Support marketing initiatives and follow up on campaigns to maximise engagement.
Participate in training and self-development to stay current with products and market trends.
Experience in telecommunications and account management, with a strong understanding of commercial drivers.
Proven ability to forecast accurately and manage a robust sales pipeline.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting team success.
