Uberall is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Partnership Manager to develop our Tier 2 and Tier 3 listing and publication partners. This role involves building strong relationships, resolving technical challenges, and developing strategic plans to expand our partner network globally. The ideal candidate will have business acumen, technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and operational management capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
* Product Partnership Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners, serve as the primary contact, conduct regular meetings.
* Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new partners, develop strategies for growth in key markets (NA, EMEA, APAC), analyze market trends, and develop listing quality strategies.
* Technical Issue Management: Liaise with technical teams to resolve listing issues, manage support requests, and maintain documentation.
* Internal Communications: Provide updates on partnership performance, collaborate with teams, and report to senior management.
* Global Market Strategy: Develop market entry strategies, conduct research, and tailor partnership programs per region.
* Performance Tracking and Analysis: Establish KPIs, analyze data, and optimize partnership performance.
* Operational Management: Manage budgets, process invoices, maintain legal documentation, and ensure operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related; MBA preferred.
* 5+ years in product partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally in SaaS/digital marketing.
* Proven success in managing partnerships.
* Strong understanding of local SEO and listings management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Independent and collaborative work skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with global partners and cultural navigation.
* Technical aptitude and ability to work with technical teams.
* Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
* Organizational and financial management skills.
* Contract management experience.
