A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an organised and proactive Legal Administrator to join their busy Wills & Probate team.
Previous legal experience is desirable; however, applications are welcomed from experienced administrators from other professional sectors who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong customer service, and confidence using MS Office packages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing administrative support to the Wills & Probate Executive
2. Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
3. Handling client calls and responding to new enquiries professionally and efficiently
4. Updating and maintaining the case management system accurately
5. Ensuring client records are kept up to date and compliant
6. Scanning and processing documents and bills
7. Assisting with obtaining and processing client payments
8. Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
9. Previous administration experience within a busy environment
10. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
11. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Professional and client-focused approach
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
14. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
