The Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will handle the entire process of providing loans to our customers. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers via the local branch, assessing their requirements and affordability, processing loan agreements, and supporting customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent rapport-building abilities both over the phone and face-to-face, and a keen eye for detail. We are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes.

Salary
Up to £30,000 depending on experience.
