A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to join an established and successful organisation, where the company values and vision, along with their employees wellbeing will always remain a high priority. Working closely with HR, you will be standalone with recruitment (80% ) and supporting the HR function (20% ).
Duties will include;
1. Liaising with Hiring Managers across different offices, putting together job specs and advertising across various job sites/platforms
2. Screening candidates suitability for vacancies
3. Setting up interviews and sending out invites
4. Monitoring recruitment spend and keeping within budget
5. Onboarding new starters – right to work documents, references etc
6. Attending meetings and note taking during disciplinary/grievance hearings
7. Monthly and ad-hoc reporting
To be successful you will have a strong background in internal (not agency) recruitment, along with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures
