An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join one of our longstanding clients, an industry leading business, at their UK head office in Didcot. This is a permanent role and an exciting opportunity to join a rapily growing business!

About the role
5. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner
6. Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
7. Using internal systems and Excel to manage data, reports, and spreadsheets
8. Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries efficiently
9. Updating and maintaining customer information
10. Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
About you
11. Previous experience working in an office environment (essential)
12. Customer service experience (preferred)
13. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
