Senior Business Development Representative - Loughborough

About you:

You are an ambitious, hardworking individual with a passion for sales. You seek a company where you can progress, showcase your skills, and make a difference. You will work in the Business Development Team, specifically with Enterprise Level Accounts (Top Tier), creating fully qualified opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team to close.

The BDR Team is divided into multiple software sectors and tiers. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

1. Identifying and creating fully qualified sales opportunities within Tier 1 accounts for our Enterprise Sales Consultants.
2. Aiming for an approximate split of 60/40 between self-generated and inbound marketing leads.
3. Utilising Access's sales enablement technology to generate leads through best practice sales techniques.
4. Mapping whitespace within target accounts in an organised manner, collaborating with sales and marketing to plan outbound sales strategies.


Your skills and experiences might include:

* Previous experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the technology sector.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, aligning with varying lines of business within Access.
* Strong business acumen and a hardworking mentality.
* A proven track record of overachieving against goals and targets.
