The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recently completed (or about to complete) their PGCE or teacher training
* Confident in delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupil needs
* Committed to creating a positive learning environment
* Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn and grow
