Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging and innovative lessons across Design and Technology subjects.
* Planning, preparing, and marking assignments and assessments.
* Supporting students in developing practical and theoretical skills.
* Encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving within the curriculum.
* Maintaining a positive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
About You
* A qualified teacher (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent) with experience in teaching Design and Technology at secondary school level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students to excel.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A commitment to providing the highest standards of education and support for students.
