Key Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company's sales efforts in the UK and European markets. Your responsibilities will include:

9. Technical Aptitude : While direct experience with laser systems is not required, you should possess a strong technical acumen and be eager to learn about micromachining technology.
10. Relationship Management : Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships.
11. Self-Motivated : A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline and operate autonomously.
12. International Experience : Experience in managing international sales territories is highly desirable.

Performance Objectives:

13. Achieve Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (£600k Subcon, £400k systems).
14. Accurate Sales Forecasting : Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain a strong prospect pipeline to support future growth.
