Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Toddler Room Leader (ages 23) to join our expanding nursery team.

What Youll Be Doing
* Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development
* Leading your team to ensure high-quality engagement with children
* Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment
* Managing daily care routines, including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep times
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observing and assessing childrens progress, keeping accurate records
* Communicating effectively with parents about their childs day and development
What Were Looking For
* Experience working with young children (particularly ages 23)
* A passionate, caring, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
* A commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification (required)
