We are a well-established business seeking a dependable and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support our growing team. This is a varied position within a fast-paced environment, offering a mix of financial and administrative responsibilities, on a part-time basis, flexibly.
In this role, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business by assisting with accounts processes and general office duties, working closely with senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing invoices for purchases and sales
* Carrying out bank reconciliations and managing daily cash transactions
* Supporting vehicle finance documentation and administration
* Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
* Assisting with payroll tasks and supplier payments
* Communicating with customers, lenders, and external partners
* Providing general administrative support across the office
About You
* Previous experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting software
* Approachable, professional, and able to work well within a small team
* Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial but not required
