Were looking for a Recruitment Partner / Manager to join Ottolenghi and lead the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of exceptional talent across our delis, restaurants and central teams. You will work closely with our Operations and People teams to build strong talent pipelines, support hiring managers, and ensure our recruitment processes reflect the values and standards of the Ottolenghi brand.
What youll do
Lead and deliver the recruitment strategy across all Ottolenghi sites, supporting both management and hourly hiring needs.
Partner with Operations and the People team to plan recruitment activity and ensure roles are filled efficiently.
Manage and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring strong data integrity and effective use by hiring managers.
Identify and manage the most effective recruitment channels, including job boards, direct sourcing and recruitment initiatives.
Build and strengthen our Employee Value Proposition across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our careers pages.
Provide recruitment reporting, insights and recommendations to leadership to improve attraction and hiring performance.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards and suppliers while controlling associated costs.
Promote and manage our Refer a Friend scheme to support direct hiring and reduce agency reliance.
Train and mentor hiring managers on best-practice recruitment, including interviewing, trial shifts and use of our ATS.
Support onboarding and starter processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new team members.
Work with the People team to review exit feedback and identify opportunities to improve retention.
Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive, compliant and aligned with our Inclusion and Diversity commitments.
Support recruitment planning and coordination for new site openings.
What were looking for
Experience in a senior hospitality role such as General Manager, or at least two years experience in recruitment
Strong understanding of high-volume hospitality recruitment
Experience managing recruitment systems, processes and hiring managers
CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 desirable
