Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering high‑quality software and leading testing excellence? We’re looking for a Test Lead to join our Group Functions IT team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology solutions meet the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple projects, championing quality and mentoring others in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Leading and managing the full test lifecycle across multiple projects
* Defining and implementing robust test strategies with a focus on automation
* Overseeing test planning, execution, defect management and reporting
* Driving an automation‑first approach within CI/CD pipelines
* Mentoring and supporting test analysts and engineers
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align testing goals and outcomes
* Ensuring effective test data management practices
* Promoting continuous improvement and best practices in testing
Qualifications
* Demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
* Communicating clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Applying deep knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
* Planning and organising resources effectively across projects
* Solving problems with a proactive and analytical mindset
* Collaborating confidently across cross‑functional teams
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
* Holding ISTQB Foundation certification (Advanced level desirable)
