We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to oversee non-PMS billing customer accounts, ensuring invoices and cash receipts are accurately matched and cleared in a timely manner. The role involves proactively managing cash collection activities, maximising cash flow through direct customer engagement, and collaborating with in-country teams to resolve account queries efficiently. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Oversee non-PMS billing customer accounts ensuring transactions are matched and cleared (invoices and cash receipts processed by Genpact) in a timely manner, facilitating the resolution of issues preventing matching. Cash collection (calls) for non-PMS customers to ensure cash collection is maximised, liaising with in country teams to resolve issues Produce and monitor ledger KPIs to drive performance improvement and ensure clear visibility of performance Experience/Qualifications: Essential: Proven track record in credit control experience (B2B), managing multi customer ledger Ability to work independently Ability to influence and help drive performance of non-direct reporting co-workers (Genpact) Able to respond quickly to queries and engage with senior stakeholders Good communication skills and able to manage competing priorities Desirable: Previous use of Oracle Following receipt of your application, you will be contacted by one of our experienced hire recruitment team.
