Location - Northampton Job Purpose - As the assistant food and beverage manager you will play a cruicial role in supporting the food and beverage manager in leading and overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage outlets. It will require you to be able to work well under pressure, possess exceptional organizational skills, be a great leaders and have a genuine passion for catering. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards within the venue. Your efforts will directly impact the member experience. Skills required: Food hygiene level 2 (dated within the last three years) Previous experience as a catering manager Happy to clean any areas needed. Has excellent organisation and time-management skills Is able to use their own initiative and as work as part of a team Able to communicate/report any issues to the relevant people effectively Is hard-working, and reliable.
