Role: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Sheffield (S2 & S3)
Pay: £460 – £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are currently looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils on an individual basis in schools across Sheffield S2 and S3.
This 1:1 Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is patient, supportive, and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning in a one-to-one setting.
The 1:1 TA Role Will Include:
* Providing tailored 1:1 support to pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Supporting students to stay focused, engaged, and motivated
* Assisting with class activities under the direction of the teacher
* Helping to build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
* Offering consistent emotional and academic support
We’re Looking For Who:
* Has experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
* Is calm, reliable, and nurturing
* Communicates clearly and professionally
* Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
