Implant Rental Controller

We’re looking for an Implant Rental Controller to be based on-site with a major customer, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for generator hire and power solutions.
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining customer service, hire administration, coordination with depots, and telesales, so you’ll need to be organised, confident on the phone, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
* Advising on power and generator hire solutions
* Preparing and following up hire quotations
* Managing hire administration across internal and customer systems
* Coordinating plant allocation and logistics with depot teams
* Producing hire paperwork (job sheets, delivery notes, off-hire notes)
* Chasing outstanding quotes and reporting updates
* Supporting business development through telesales
* Ensuring all processes meet quality and environmental standards
Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Confident, professional telephone manner
* Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service
* Good IT skills (Excel and Word essential)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Comfortable learning new systems
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
