Research & Insight sit at the heart of the Paramount brands, and understanding the core audience informs everything we do. This role will support the UK business in delivering clear, actionable insights through analytics, qualitative and quantitative research to meet the ongoing needs of the International Brands across Paramount.
What will you be doing?
The main focus of this role is to provide insights to all lines of business in connection with our International Brands: Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV, and Milkshake!. This involves working closely with Programming, Scheduling, Marketing, PR, On Air, Consumer Products, and other teams to ensure the business delivers the best possible product to our audiences.
* Interrogate all available research sources to provide internal and external partners with data analysis, creative, actionable insights to inform decision-making for all UK pay channels across the Paramount portfolio.
* Track the performance of key competitor channels and brands.
* Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on brand performance—including linear, non-linear, and digital metrics to all departments.
* Support the Insights Director in managing and delivering qualitative insights.
* Manage primary research projects from concept to delivery.
* Work closely with the Pay forecasting and finance team to provide up-to-date insights and analysis, ensuring aligned strategies and processes.
* Proactively provide insights, adapting delivery based on partner needs.
* Collaborate with international counterparts and teams to align strategies.

* Proven knowledge of BARB & Techedge, media analysis tools, and techniques.
* Experience with VOD/non-linear insight and online reporting.
* Experience in online measurement and survey design.
* Ability to produce high-quality written materials and deliver compelling presentations.
* Previous experience in a media company or broadcaster.
