Ideal candidate locations are Kent/Surrey/Sussex. The role will include travel to Agency offices, Head Office plus an expectation to visit London once per week. You’ll lead key regional projects focused on boosting growth, sales performance, and marketing initiatives — all with a sharp focus on CRM, prospecting, and agency incentives. You will work together with central sales and marketing teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive opportunities, quotes, and sales—tailored to hit ambitious regional targets. You’ll develop and deliver impactful messaging through multi-channel approaches including newsletters, forums, visits, and leadership meetings, ensuring our Agencies are informed, motivated, and aligned. You’ll bring together key stakeholders to manage regional and national initiatives, from training pilots and funding opportunities to corporate hospitality and partnership events. You’ll optimise CRM dashboards and reporting tools, supporting Agencies with data insights to enhance sales strategies across commercial, HNW, and agricultural sectors. You will drive and challenge Agency marketing plans, track ROI, share best practices, and collaborate with marketing teams to elevate our initiatives plus provide vital support for our partnership, helping deliver marketing plans and ad-hoc activities.About youYou’re a results-driven communicator with a strong background in managing multi-channel sales campaigns and have a clear understanding of driving return on investment through various initiatives. Your experience in customer-facing roles has sharpened your ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and with external partners or third-party suppliers. You’re comfortable working with CRM systems and thrive in data-driven environments, using insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
