Your new role
As CRM Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in a major CRM transformation programme, driving the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure milestones are met and business disruption is minimised. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risks.
* Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
* Supporting governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Driving adoption and change management across the organisation.
* Promoting continuous improvement and delivery discipline.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience leading CRM or platform delivery projects (end-to-end).
2. Strong technical delivery background with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
