SAP Change Manager – Oxford – 12 Months Contract

Requirements:
1. Demonstrated 5 years of experience in organisational change management roles, including global experience and the design and implementation of structured change.
2. Experience in delivering ERP (SAP) changes on a global scale.
3. Proven ability to develop communication strategies contributing to the successful delivery of complex digital technology projects.
4. Experience in delivering organisational change in agile environments.
5. Proven track record of managing medium to large and complex projects.
6. Specialised Change Management methodology certifications (e.g., PROSCI).
7. Ability to lead and manage teams through change on a global scale.
8. Passion for and understanding of people and customer needs during change initiatives.
9. Strong organisational skills, including time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, planning & execution, strategic and critical thinking, stakeholder management.
10. Self-motivated, confident in facilitating teams and driving actions.
11. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
12. Resilient and pragmatic attitude.
Project Context:
Our client is establishing its global operations with an integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency. Central to this is the Slipstream business program, which has recently been initiated, focusing on harmonising systems and processes across several work streams, especially in the UK. The project involves establishing an ERP environment supporting manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance, and warehousing functions. A skilled SAP Change Manager is required to support this complex SAP migration project.
SAP Change Manager Responsibilities:
The client is launching manufacturing operations in the UK, US, China, and Australia, with additional global sites to follow. The SAP Change Manager will support the delivery of this complex ERP migration, ensuring change management strategies are effectively executed across multiple regions and functions.
Reporting: Direct reports include Change Analysts and ERP Trainers.
