Job Description
3. Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and solving problems effectively.
4. Ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
5. Work with the shipping team to ensure deliveries are on time
6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
7. Monitor and track shipments
The Successful Applicant
8. A strong background in customer service, preferably manufacturing background but not essential
9. Shipping experience desireable
10. An ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
12. Strong knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
13. Good understanding of administrative procedures.
