What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in keeping the operation running smoothly by: Coordinating collections and deliveries to meet customer expectations Acting as a central point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal teams Providing excellent customer service via phone and email Managing real-time challenges and finding practical solutions Using internal systems (including TMS) to manage and track operations Completing driver debriefs and end-of-shift handovers Supporting driver coverage for holidays and absences Producing reports and updates to keep operations informed Promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment Who You’ll Work With You’ll be working closely with: Drivers and warehouse teams Customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Day shift colleagues to ensure smooth handovers Your role is crucial in keeping communication flowing and ensuring service continuity across shifts. What We’re Looking For We’re more interested in your attitude and approach than a perfect CV.
