Administrative Assistant [Ref: NBK1382]

Pro rata of £25,381 - £25,482 per annum (i.e. £10,732.83 - £10,775.54 pa)

18 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Are you looking for that ideal, part time administrative role?

As our Administrative Assistant, you will undertake a range of administrative duties to support the work of the departmental Admin Team and the delivery of cross college initiatives.

Specifics around the working pattern will be discussed at the interview, and we will be as flexible as possible to meet your availability.

As our Administrative Assistant, you will respond to enquiries from staff, students, members of the public and external organisations as appropriate, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.

You will require proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also be required to produce regular reports from college systems and databases, and support the team in the production of accurate and timely reports
