Flame Health Optometry is recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent Optical and Hearing care provider that is seeking a Practice Manager to join its well‑established practice in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

The Role
The Practice Manager will support the day‑to‑day running of the practice, working closely with the senior management team to ensure the branch operates efficiently, profitably and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the management of daily practice operations
* Supervising, motivating, and developing team members
* Driving business growth and commercial performance
* Ensuring excellent customer and patient care standards
* Maintaining smooth operational processes and profitability
* Supporting the delivery of practice objectives and KPIs
Candidate Requirements
* Commercially and technically aware, with a strong understanding of optical practice operations
* Previous experience in optical practice management or retail management
* Optical experience preferred
* Fully qualified Dispensing Optician desirable, though not essential
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to drive efficiency, performance, and team engagement
