You will play a key role in tracking performance, managing risks, and ensuring projects meet the required standards.**What you will be responsible for:*** Supporting PMs with project planning, tracking progress, and managing milestones* Producing clear reporting packs, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders and governance boards* Maintaining programme RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and ensuring timely escalation* Coordinating governance meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking* Monitoring timelines, resource demand, budgets, and overall delivery performance* Analysing programme data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities* Supporting resource planning, capacity management, and identifying conflicts or gaps**Additional requirements:*** Hybrid working approach with regular engagement across programme teams* Occasional attendance at stakeholder or governance meetings**What you’ll bring to the role:*****Essential**** Experience in PMO, project coordination, or business analysis* Strong understanding of project management methods (Agile and/or Waterfall)* Ability to analyse data and produce clear, meaningful reports* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills***Desirable**** Experience with portfolio or project management tools* Knowledge of financial tracking, budgeting, or resource planning* Experience supporting programme governance or continuous improvement initiatives Southern Water is at the forefront of transforming Britain’s water industry, investing significantly to enhance resilience, sustainability, and service excellence.
