We are working with a leading ladies fashion buying house in London, seeking a skilled Sealer Grader to join their growing team. Main responsbilities will include:
1. Pattern Sealing and Grading - Finalise patterns to production-ready standards and accurately grade across multiple sizes while preserving fit, proportions, and technical integrity.
2. Technical Specifications & Documentation - Produce detailed tech packs and spec sheets, including size charts, production notes, and seam allowances, and prepare Excel-based workbooks for production accuracy.
3. Tech Pack Interpretation - Convert tech packs into workable garment designs, ensuring alignment with design intent and production requirements.
4. Quality Control - Ensure all graded patterns meet technical and aesthetic standards before production to prevent delays or issues.
5. Fit Sessions - Participate in fitting sessions, assessing prototypes and making technical adjustments for fit, construction, and sizing.
