Your new role Hays Education arecurrently looking to recruit Early Years and Reception Teachers to work in aprimary school in the South Bristol area. The school is looking for a teacherto work for 5 days a week in their Reception class. This primary schoolreceived Outstanding in their last Ofsted inspection. Hays Education appreciatethat many teachers in the area are wanting to work within the classroom howeveralso have family or other commitments to balance with their workload. Weunderstand that teaching is like no other career; it is a joy to be in theclassroom educating the next generation and we are keen to make this possiblealongside your other weekly commitments. What you'll need to succeed Inorder to be considered for this position you will need to have qualifiedteacher status or be looking to complete your induction year. You will alsoneed to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last fiveyears and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be acreative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings andsituations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You willhave strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliarplans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skillsas this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
