Two Chef de Parties are required for this privately owned multi award winning boutique hotel which boasts a great reputation not only for its food but also for its destination in North Yorkshire. The chef de Parties will need to work closely with a talented team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen high standards are maintained. The restaurant serves award winning breakfasts, evening meals including tasting menus, afternoon teas and Sunday dining. The menus are regularly changing and consist of modern British dishes cooked to 3 AA rosette standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced. This is a rare opportunity for Chef de Parties to join such a professional team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidates for this role must have good quality fresh food experience cooking to a minimum of 2AA rosette level, and a stable background. They will also have been working as a Chef de Partie level in their most recent position. They must also be, an enthusiastic and ambitious chef that enjoys the countryside, seeking a role that can offer progression.
