Role Overview
LeadCenter.AI is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Laravel Developer with deep API integration expertise to build and maintain integrations between LeadCenter.AI and leading financial advisory platforms such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Schwab Advisor Center, and similar wealth management systems.
This role focuses on building secure, scalable integrations that enable seamless data synchronization between LeadCenter and external advisory software. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Laravel, API architecture, and modern AI-assisted development tools like Cursor.
What You'll Work On
- Integrations between LeadCenter.AI and financial advisory platforms
- Secure data synchronization across CRMs and portfolio management tools
- API-first system architecture
- Webhook-driven event processing
- AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate engineering output
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable Laravel applications
- Build secure RESTful APIs and integration endpoints
- Implement service-oriented architecture for modular integrations
- Optimize performance, caching, and database queries
- Develop background jobs, queues, and scheduled processes
Platform Integrations
Integrate LeadCenter.AI with platforms such as:
- eMoney
- MoneyGuidePro
- Schwab Advisor Center
- Orion, Redtail, Salesforce (financial services environments)
- Handle API authentication (OAuth2, token-based systems)
- Implement webhook listeners and outbound event triggers
- Build data mapping and transformation layers
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization accuracy
- Monitor integration health and troubleshoot failures
Frontend Development
- Build dynamic interfaces using, React, or Blade
- Create admin dashboards for integration management
- Develop UI for connection status, logs, and sync controls
AI-Driven Development
- Strong daily use of Cursor and AI coding assistants
- Ability to leverage AI for architecture planning, refactoring, debugging, and test generation
- Implement AI-powered features within the LeadCenter ecosystem where applicable
- Continuously optimize engineering workflows using AI
DevOps & Reliability
- Deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Work with Docker and containerized environments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Manage logging, monitoring, and integration alerting systems
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience with PHP & Laravel
- Strong experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2
- Experience handling structured data mapping across systems
- Strong MySQL
- Experience with queues (Redis or similar)
- Proven experience using Cursor and AI-assisted development tools
- Strong debugging and systems-thinking ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating financial advisory or wealth management platforms
- Experience building SaaS products
- Familiarity with CRM integrations
- Experience designing scalable, event-driven systems
- Startup or high-growth environment experience

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
