Support Worker Needed – Day Support, sleep in and weekends
We are looking for a dedicated and engaging Support Worker to provide daytime support to a 36-year-old male with a brain injury.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and enjoys building meaningful one-to-one relationships.
About the Role:
Providing day-to-day support in the community
Accompanying the client on outings, including trips to the gym and other activities
Ensuring his safety, stability, and overall wellbeing at all times
Supporting independence while offering guidance when needed
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, positive individual with a good sense of humour
Someone who can build a genuine rapport and become a trusted companion
The ability to read moods and anticipate needs, even when not verbally expressed
Patience, understanding, and strong observational skills
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Experience in support work or with brain injury (preferred but not essential with the right attitude)
