Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the office.
* Coordinate with various departments to support project needs and deadlines.
* Handle payroll, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
* Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in using Sage accounting software is essential.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in a construction or related industry is preferred
