Executive Assistant – Customers and Communities
20-25 hours per week, over 5 days Monday to Friday, based in Preston
£32,244.45 per annum, pro rata (£17,426.14 - £21,782.68 actual)
The Executive Assistant - Customers and Communities will provide a comprehensive and confidential support service to the Executive Director of Customers and Communities, maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service at all times. The role includes a broad range of PA support and administrative duties to ensure that the Executive Director's time is well utilised. The role can be between 20 and 25 hours, but must be over 5 days.
What we are looking for:
You'll have previous experience in a similar role - i.e. PA, secretary, high level admin
You'll have excellent written communication skills and the ability to carry out research and prepare briefing reports for the Exec Director and other senior leaders.
You'll have proven experience of working on initiative to deliver a brilliant customer service, improve systems and keep an eye on sector developments.
You must have fantastic organisation skills to manage diaries, prioritise work and ensure stakeholders receive timely and appropriate responses to their enquiries.
It would be great if you also had:
Experience of working in social housing or a similar sector

Working Arrangements
This role has the opportunity to work both from our gorgeous dock-front offices and at home. You should generally expect to be in the office at least 60% of the time, with flexibility given to accommodate business and personal needs.
