Our Yorkshire team is now looking to add a new team member. Ideally based in York or Harrogate, you will be well placed to work with clients in Teesside (Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, and Darlington), and south towards Leeds, Hull, and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead HR solutions delivery, including business and strategic HR planning, culture change, transformation, change management, leadership development, organizational design, D&I, wellbeing, L&D, and talent management.
2. Manage your client portfolio, ensuring first-class HR service delivery in partnership with our team.
3. Support client acquisition efforts alongside the Regional Director and marketing team.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience influencing strategic business direction and partnering with senior leadership.
2. Senior-level experience (permanent or consulting) in corporate, SME, or investor-backed businesses.
3. Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
4. A natural people person with leadership and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to connect with and influence SME business owners.
6. Organized, dependable, and open to embracing new ways of working and technology.
7. Commercial mindset—seeing the big picture and understanding how HR fits into business success.
8. Pragmatic, strategic, yet hands-on when needed.
9. Excellent listening skills and inquisitiveness to add value daily.
