Due to continued organic growth, they are now seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities Acting as a key point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service Preparing Statutory Accounts Preparing Corporation Tax Returns Preparing Self-Assessment Tax Returns and P11Ds Preparing Real Time Capital Gains Tax reports Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts Attending and participating in regular client meetings Managing multiple assignments and ensuring all deadlines are met The Ideal Candidate AAT qualified and actively studying towards ACCA or ACA Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice Strong experience using Xero or other cloud-based accounting software Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure Confident managing a varied client portfolio Desirable Experience using IRIS software Exposure to advisory-focused client work Benefits Salary circa £30,000 – £40,000 DOE Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home Flexitime scheme Company pension Free on-site parking Private medical insurance Health Assured Programme Sick pay and enhanced maternity leave Bonus scheme Study support package (upon completion of probation) Supportive, collaborative culture with real career progression
